Rebuild Fitness

Hi all.

I’ve had to drop out of my planned sportives this month because of injury and as a result I’ve cancelled my training plan, what’s the best way to set up a plan up with no target event but want to build my fitness back up? TIA

have you tried Plan Builder?

I am sorry to hear you had to drop out of sports because of injuries :sweat: Hope you heal fast!

As @jn92 mentioned, I would definitely try Plan Builder! It will build you a plan with a Base>>Build>>Specialty transition which are the natural transitions to build your fitness without a planned event.

Note: I am not sure what kind of injury you sustained, but it’s probably best to consult with a doctor to give you the OK to train again.
