I’ve really enjoyed the race tactics discussions in the podcast over the last few months so thought I’d try one of the videos tonight and loved it!

I had my first experience of circuit racing last week (an organised race skills development day) which mainly showed me I’ve been neglecting my workouts for too long but also really ignited a passion I thought was hiding but had never broken through (I’ve only raced triathlon previously).

I see this winter being heavy on training so I can smash a few races next year - these videos will definately be part of my training plan!
