I’m currently building towards Ironman Muskoka Duathlon. I just finished the long distance base program - since the race is in July, I was going to repeat the base program again, (based on advise from the podcast - to double up the base), before doing the build program and then the specialty program.
Should I be taking a rest week in-between the base programs? The last week of the it is called recovery week so is that enough? or should I rest my body a bit?
