Question for TR,
What does the “AIFTP” value mean if I’m not doing a TR Plan / not using TR workouts / not using TR AI to adapt my workouts?
I found the previous version of AI FTP a good estimate of my usable FTP, and I used this to set target power levels for Threshold & below workouts (e.g., Tempo meant ~75% - 85% of FTP, Sweet Spot meant ~86% - 94% of FTP, etc.)
