Question about Shasta workout and similar

What does it mean “all-out efforts at 200% FTP”? Do I go all out where it might be more than 200% FTP if I can finish the workout or just go up to 200% FTP?

You can perform these “all out” but simply following the target power will get you the same outcome. You are just working on increasing your anaerobic capacity with these and 200% is certainly anaerobic. :slight_smile:
