Putting My Workouts On Hold

Tomorrow I will be finishing up week 3 in my Base Phase Low Volume 1. I am returning my Elite Suito to the distributer due to a periodic knocking defect in the first run of machines and they are going to send me a new one free of charge. Probably will take at least a week because they have to get the defective unit back before they first send out a new one. What is the best way to put my schedule on hold without just manually moving every workout on the calendar back?

I see. Just played around with the features and figured it out. In experimenting a bit though it seems that the “week 4” heading disappeared. The weeks workouts are there, just no heading at the beginning of the week. Any need to worry? Also, is there a default feature to get rid of the changes one makes with the schedule without losing the finished workouts I’ve already done?
