Rog with the stage win……who wins the overall?

Yeap Rog

Yeah, no way G pulls this out.

Wow.

Yeap, 14 seconds to Rog

Gutted for G, but glad Rog got some redemption for 2020.

And we are spared a GT where the overall winner doesn’t win a stage….

Been wanting G to win this but super happy for Roglic. He wanted that stage so much and it showed

Kudos man, I didn’t think it was gonna happen. What a rollercoaster.

Holy.
Shit.

P.S.- what gearing what Geraint on?.. He was grinding up the whole climb. Even for him it was an incredibly low cadence.

He was on the struggle bus. Could see it on his face. Second you saw him you knew he was done

Yup, he finished with nothing else in him.

Struggle bus  for second place on the TT

Gutted for G, but that cadence didn’t help him surely…

That cadence got him second place. That was a tough TT. Best legs won.

Roglic like a rocket at the finish :exploding_head: :+1: :+1:
Thomas coming up short :slightly_frowning_face:

Super happy for Roglic. Clearly deserved it after that ride. Chapeau! Bummed for G because can’t root against the guy…he was so strong and steady throughout the race.

Hugely ironic that Roglic wins a Giro on the final mountain TT in a race marked by attrition. It’s basically the mirror image of his career.
