Preferred way to use two different FTP in adaptive training

I have something like this: my ability to produce and sustain power is lower indoors than out. But since almost all of my structured training is indoors, I’ve defaulted to using my indoor FTP, and then when I can produce more than this outside - Bonus :fireworks: :tada: :rocket:

Just one “silly” question, if I manually increase my ftp, is the training plan automatically adapted or do I have to wait for the next ramp test?Thanks

Manually changing your FTP (at any time) should trigger a “reset / adjustment” of your Progression Levels. That PL change should be seen by AT, which then should suggest appropriate changes to any related workouts in your current training plan phase.
