Prediction went UP after workout!

Just wanted to celebrate a bit! :partying_face:

Last Monday detection dropped me -3.2% to 243, then after a cut short workout in the heatwave and an apparent Erg mode error, Prediction had dropped to 251 last week in the heatwave.

Prediction gained 3W after the sweet spot today :slight_smile:

I’ve noticed it bouncing both up and down a bit more lately - seems more reactive.
