Power zones converted to ERG for custom workout


How are you setting up power zones for use in a custom workout in ERG mode? Example: zone 2 is 56-75% of FTP. Do you pick the middle of the range and go with that?


For zone 2, I would do something like 5 minutes at 56% 5 minutes at 60% 5 minutes at 65, 70, 75 etc. I did this the other day and modified Warllow to get in some extra zone 2. Obviously you can do whatever interval time frame you want at each percentage but I mix up. You can also use the slider in workout creator to ramp up the interval from 56-75 for example.
