Hello to the crowd, how do you handle it when the weather is nice … do the workout outside and adjust the length if necessary. Or do you drive a free training session on these days and follow the plan again later. I’m still in the base phase with sweetspot training. Thx all!
I am pretty sure there is a thread on this already, but when ever I can, I do all my workouts outside.
From 30/15s, to cadence drills, to threshold intervals or over/unders. I have a quiet piece of road near my house that I only share with a few horses every now and then. When the intervals are longer than the road (basically all sweetspot/ threshold intervals), I do a quick U turn and go back…
My advice, find something that is near enough so you go there on the regular and where traffic doesn’t undermine your workout or endanger you.
