Opener suggestion for Haute Route Watopia

My Ironman race is no more for 2020.
I’ll take a few weeks off 4fun before going base again.

So, I plan to go all out friday, saturday and sunday on this event and I don’t know what to do today. I’m kind fresh, did a small race last tuesday and a tempo run yesterday.

What should I do today? Easy spin or do you guys have some workout suggestion?
