Anyone experiencing this apart from me? It’s not my Internet connection.
Yep, same on my Samsung tablet.
I can’t remember the title of the thread but its a long standing issue but not a terminal one so resources have been used elsewhere.
Yep, when I opened the app this morning on my MacOS I was logged out. Verified my details were correct using my phone but still can log in on the laptop.
I’m seeing this same thing. I completed a workout with no issue and once I finished this popped up and the workout wouldn’t sync.
Having the same issue as well.
Samsung S20 Ultra, pretty sure it worked yesterday, updated today and now I get the offline error.
Cleared cache, no go, cleared data and again no go. Uninstalled/reinstalled and still no go.
Having the same on my Oneplus 7. Haven’t checked my computer or tablet yet…
It worked yesterday on all of them.
Just do something to temporarily modify your primary internet connection. Going by the enabled WiFi in your picture, just turn it off and on again once and you’ll see the banner disappear. Like others already pointed out, it will appear if TR thinks your connection was impaired just once (might already be sufficient to switch from mobile data to WiFi) and won’t check again afterwards if there’s a connection again.
I’m completely unable to use TR this morning because of this. Toggling connection does not fix it. I cannot log into the app
same here since yesterday on my old ios 15phone, fortunately my new phone seems ok for now. Tried also deleting the app and reinstalling but no dice, when I do that it does not even let me log in saying it can’t reach the servers
Also experiencing this problem on some of my phones, but not all of them. All of them run Android. Even reinstalling the app doesn’t help.
Thinking about pushing a workout to Wahoo as an outside workout, then using my Element to run the workout on the trainer as a workaround.
Will this work? Anyone have any experience with this or tried it?
Same issue here in an older iPad. Restarted iPad, deleted and redownloaded the app, and toggled between different WiFis.
It works in my iPhone.
I submitted a ticket and they said others are not experiencing the same thing.
pushed my workout to my Garmin as a outside ride via the website calendar and worked.
Same for me on my iMac and iPhone. I submitted a ticket so we’ll see what they say. Hoping my workout is just stuck in the Mac app and will synch later.
Same here - but only on my old Google Pixel 4 (that’s set up with my turbo). Toggling internet, reinstalling etc etc does nothing. Working on Pixel 8 and Windows app though. Presumably a bug in the most recent update? Hopefully this can be sorted asap
Yes same problem on different accounts
Now trying to download app to PC and its crawling along
Same issue. I just received an email noting: we’re currently experiencing higher than normal support volume following a recent feature release. Could be the problem?
