Off Road Training Plan Question

I’m new to TrainerRoad and almost done my first training program. I started with a Sweet Spot Base, Low Volume 6-week program. I’ve been mountain biking and road riding for many years, but really never had any formal guidance on technique. This was a great intro to the finer points of road riding.
I’m going to try an Off Road program next. I plan to do some causal racing this year. I normally race “Beginner”. The races are typically about an hour / 10-15 miles. Easy-peazy!
The program that looks better is the “Short Track” cross country vs. the “Olympic”. Any feedback? I’ sure both would be helpful to make me a better/faster rider. Thanks!

I would suggest Olympic, short track is very high intensity for 20-40 minutes. Olympic fits your 10-15 miles perfectly.
