My power meter feeds my Garmin edge and Garmin connect, but despite TR saying it’s pulling my outdoor ride from Strava and Garmin it shows power as zero, any ideas what I’m doing wrong (first time user)

I took a look at your last Outside ride (August 5th) on TrainerRoad and Strava. I noticed that power data wasn’t recorded on Strava either. It looks like you recorded that ride using the Strava iphone app, without power. In Strava, you’ll see estimated power data when you don’t record power data.
I’m unable to check if power was recorded on your Garmin Edge Head unit because Garmin Connect is private.
Can you send me a screenshot of your ride in Garmin Connect please? You can DM me this if you wish!
A couple of questions I have:
- Is your power meter connected to your head unit?
- Are you recording the ride on your headunit?
- Is your Garmin Connnect account connected to your Strava account?
