As a new user, would it be recommended to not Sync many years of STRAVA if the historical data is predominantly workouts that do not have Power metrics?

Workouts with power data are generally more useful to Adaptive Training than workouts without power data, so if you have years of workouts without power data, you won’t be missing much if you choose not to sync all of it.
However, there’s no harm in doing so if you’d like! Really it’s up to you.
