New to TR. Training to be ready for Majorca in May

Enjoying it so far. I have always struggled with turboing but I am determined to stick in. Any tips??

Learn to get satisfaction from the turbo.

Consistency is key, week in week out. Answer honestly to the post workout questions so AI can support your goals.

If you have spare time/ energy throw some outside z2 rides in as long as they don’t diminish the quality of your interval sessions.

Get quality sleep and calories

If all else fails focus on the end goal.
