New season advice

Hi all

I have had a frustrating year having been injured in Dec 2021. I sensibly took Jan and Feb off the bike and then decided to do mid volume (previously did high) until July which I enjoyed and it kept my fitness levels up albeit at lower levels than the previous year.

I have now decided I want to restart a full season of structured training starting in September. I am keen to incorporate 10 weeks of weights/resistance training near the beginning. The ultimate aim is to set some hill PBs next year as well as really build my base back up.

Please can someone critique my current plan:

10 weeks weights/resistance
SSB I MV
SSB II MV
Short PB MV
SSB II HV
Short PB HV
Speciality HV

I’m not adverse to sticking to MV throughout.

I feel my base is ok enough to go into resistance / weight training so shouldn’t have to do a SSB before hand

Thanks all
