When I bought my ribble 883 they said as it’s all done online, you can ride it for a month then send it back if you change your mind. So maybe start there

Not gonna argue with you if that is your preference…but it still doesn’t seem like a great deal, IMO. 2 year old frame, 105 and some generic wheels…I’d see if you can talk 'em down some more.
There is a reason why that bike is still there in the middle of a bike boom when people can’t get a bike…
