With such a broad number of workout you would think AT would give you some variety.

How does it compare to the off the shelf plans that it is picking up the content from? Obviously once AT starts to do its thing it will change, but like you I’d agree there should be some variety. @Jonathan probably knows the MTB plans as well as anyone, maybe he could weigh in?
