Mid volume general build

I’ve been in mid volume general build for a couple
weeks and I’ve notice a few workouts that were super hard and couldn’t complete 100%of the workout. Is this common to finish but not hit every target in the build plan?

Towards the end of MVGB I found some of the VO2/anaerobic intervals pretty darn hard with the intensity/durations pushing that little harder/further than before. I don’t think it’s anything to worry about as long as you’re hitting the majority of your intervals.

Make sure you take recovery seriously and fuel well - Build is serious work!
