Anyone have any workouts they’ve liked using for low cadence work?
I enjoy all the Carson workouts for low cadence.

I generally stay around 60-70.
I found that was too low if I was using ERG.

I use Bashfull, I do the minutes of VO2Max sitting and grinding (60rpm) as a strength excercise. The rest of the workout I do in a very relaxed manner. Helps for strong legs and helps for core. There’s actual science to back this up.
