Looking glass - 1 is sweetspot 3.4 looking glass sweetspot 4.8 but looking glass +1 threshold 5.2?
It maybe doesn’t make sense that the same workout family is in two different zones, but I kind of like the concept. Either way, -1 is fully in the sweet spot zone. Nothing in it is above 94%. +1 has 25 minutes in the threshold zone, which isn’t the majority, but still significant enough for me.
