Hi all, since I am travelling for Christmas, tomorrow I will do my last trainer workout of the year (at least on my own trainer, maybe I can sneak something in at a gym near home). Since I am just starting SSB2 mid volume, I was thinking of doing one of the harder over-under workouts, maybe Moose’s Tooth+3 or something. I like to accumulate a lot of stress just before going away, then recover during my vacation. Just wanted to hear what everyone else is doing, since I imagine other people would be in a similar situation
Last week of SSBMV2 so got Lamarck Christmas Day with Leconte and Wright Peak 2 days later.
Whose smart idea was that?
@anon20047708 nice, I think the trainer plus bike would be hard to take flying for me, but that would definitely be my preferred option! Fortunately there will be some cross country skiing.
