I noticed a distinct lack of tempo work around 80 to 85% in the workouts and I’m wondering why that could be. I’m looking at adding a tempo day during my week and would love some feedback. Thanks!
Medium Base Plan 1 has tons of Tempo workouts.
I’m replacing my 2 hour sweetspot workouts on Sundays with 4 hours of tempo work outside.
I know tempo is supposed to be the so called gray zone, but surely 4 hours of tempo has to be good for aerobic gains?

Is that medium traditional base or Sweet Spot?

Just use the filter on the workouts page. Enter zone and duration and hey presto.
