KICKR Snap offset number

So like many others I’m having issues with my Snap. Resistance too high etc. my guess so far is that it doesn’t calibrate properly for temperature.

But one question I still have… what’s y’all offset number when you calibrate? Mine is usually something like 40210. Yep 40 THOUSAND. Is it a normal reading? Maybe it doesn’t have room to calibrate because it’s already at max offset?

Thanks!
Charlie

Offset on mine is 40470 so not so different, also having the same accuracy concerns …

As long as it’s close to the same every time, that’s all that matters.

I’m having the same problem. Had an old bike on the Wahoo Snap. Put a mountain bike on the trainer that has a power meter on it. Power difference between the power2max power meter and the snap varied from 0 to 40 with the snap always showing less power. Also, I got an offset number of 1286. I was thinking that the offset was the difference in readings between the two power meters. Can someone please clarify what the offset reflects? I REALLY need to feel that my indoor power numbers are the same as my outdoor power numbers. As I mostly use TR plans outdoors.
