Kettlebell Programs for mtb

The nice thing about TGUs is that you can do them with lighter weight, no weight or heavy weight, depending on your goals. I usually do it with the 40kg and have a 48kg waiting for me this winter. I usually do a clean and press density program with goblet squats and steel club casting (just a 10 pounder) as a warm up. Winter months I do Simple and Sinister. I love the swings and getups and they always make my body feel good, and I noticed I engage a lot more when I pedal because of the tension training. Really comes in handy for those ridiculous grades.
