Jumped ahead in plan...whoops!

Hi Everyone, I somehow made the mistake of jumping ahead a week in the MVSPB plan and feel uncertain about what to do for next week’s Tuesday workout.

I was supposed to do Baird +6 yesterday with 3 sets of 5x90-second intervals at 120% FTP followed by 30 minutes at 65% FTP. Recoveries between intervals are 1 minute long and recoveries between sets of intervals are 5 minutes long.

Instead I did next week’s Tuesday workout which is with 3 sets of 5x90-second intervals at 122% FTP followed by 25 minutes of Endurance work at 65% FTP. Recoveries between intervals are 1 minute long and recoveries between sets of intervals are 8 minutes long. I completed the workout as prescribed and on target.

What should I do next Tuesday? Repeat Bashful? Look for a harder VO2 session? Shorten the rest interval?

I’d probably do Bashful +6 again, but +2% difficulty.
