I am about to get a new tablet mainly for streaming and a bit of simple photo editing.
My final decision is will it compatible with TR. Even though I am using my iMac for TR now… maybe sometimes down the line will be using for TR…

Get a samsung, one of the higher end models, they have Ant+ ready to go.
I had an old iPad mini and upgraded to the new iPad. No regrets and works great with TR via BT. If you’re already bought into the iOS ecosystem, should be a no-brainer to continue. Or if you’re a Google user, same thing. Just go with what you’re using from the phone perspective so that apps/usage is easy for you.
