Inputting other power zones besides FTP into TrainerRoad

I got TrainerRoad a few days ago and wanted to know if there is a way to plug in my other power numbers besides FTP (5 min max, 1 min max, 5 sec max etc).


TR will only track your recorded maximums, which can then be broken down into “seasons” as well. However, these will not be incorporated into your training program in any way (such as the 4DP training system). It is an %FTP only training platform, for better or worse. I use it in conjunction with Golden Cheetah for all the really in depth stuff and to make sure that the %FTP workouts are actually training the energy systems they’re supposed to based on my power profile.
