Increasing the weekly time on the structured training BBS plans for higher volume

Hi, brand new trainer road member here. I’m looking to increase the time in the apps training plan for high volume. Right now it is set to around 7.4 hours per week, I need to be up in the 12-15 hours per week. How do I keep the training plan workouts the same but increase the time of each one. The longest is about 90 min and I need much more time than that.



Look for +1, +2, +3 versions of the same workout. Or sort through the workouts and find one that has the same characteristics of the one you’re scheduled to do, and then find a longer alternative.
