# In workout dialogue

I rode Ainslie this morning but there was no in workout text, I checked my settings and they are correct for instructional text.

Palisade is up next…I rather like the distractions!

Thoughts?

Ainslie doesn’t have instructions:

Palisade does have instructions btw!

Correct, not all workouts have text instructions. As shown, you can check each one to see. There is also a filter in the Workouts section for find ones with instructions.

I had the same concern and thought I screwed up when it first happened to me.
