Okay so there is all the talk of the AI FTP prediction and what not. I agree with all that and have same issue but this is. more a question with after. So gets to AI Detection day and it went from going up from 4% to now down 1 watt. Thats fine sure, but on web I can decline to change it (I like round numbers and dont want FTP of 269 I like 270, also ego but 1 watt aint issue). I am fine at the 270 but in the app now the Detection won’t go away. I can only Accept Detection that’s it not decline and move on. Anyone else have the issue?
Sure I can ignore but it’s like right big bold and is like saying “AI KNOWS NOW ACCEPT AND MOVE ON” type of vibe.
On desktop, I considered declining my AI FTP in January but after 3 or so “are you sure?” click throughs I changed my mind and just accepted it.
What I don’t understand is why TR cares whether you accept it or not. After all, we keep getting told that FTP is an output from the AI model, not an input. If so, why try so hard to force people to accept it?
Same on my Samsung tablet and phone, I declined the new FTP on the website as it was only 1 watt difference but still asks me on the app to accept it. Just ignoring it until next FTP calculation.
I just impersonated you on the app, and while it did show an FTP Detection of 269 on the career page, it did not ask me to accept that detection.
Are you still having issues with this?
Ahh, yeah, that’s what I’m seeing also. It’s not preventing you from training, though.
As far as I know, that will remain there until you get another FTP Detection. I don’t think there’s a way to hide that at the moment.

yeah I doesn’t prevent anything more just an annoyance, It remains until I accept, I went a round and my FTP had been the same so I just waited again and yes it stays until next FTP detection and if I dont accept that then it will just continue to remain.
There isn’t any decline like on the web to not have it there.
I’m reporting this to the team as a bit of frustration from our athletes. 
I’m sure we could improve on this.
