I have a few 70.3s lined up before my IM next year. (My A race)
I already have a good base from the COVID season
However I wanted to do the following:
Base 70.3 med
Build 70.3 med
The 70.3 plans go up to 2 hours running and can throw in some longer outdoor rides during the build phase.
Am I missing anything or doomed to failure by doing this? For me I’d keep the speed and then dust with endurance with 8 weeks left
