we need group workout UNO–draw a card, increase intensity 5%, skip an interval, etc.

OMG…that actually is brilliant.
Skip a turn = repeat current interval
Reverse = Yellow time bar starts going backwards…
Wildcard = replace current interval woth one of your choosing for everybody.
