Just thought I’d post on here to see if there’s anyone else who has hyper-mobility joints and how it effects training.
I’ve exercised all my life (45 now), gave running up 3 years ago due to injuries through constant tightness. Now a cyclist, and though not being injured I constantly have muscle tightness. Days of just cause more problems so I do low intensity cycling.
I massage, roller, stretch, but is there anything else people would suggest?
