How to train using TR plan

I am new to TR, currently follow the SSB MV I to train.
I have one question, after the train finish, I should do a FTP test again, then take a new SSB MV 2 train plan? Is this the correct way to train?

Yes. The idea is that you retest before each new block. That way you make sure you’re getting the correct intensity during the new block. Basic schedule is SSB I - SSB II - Build - Specialty. But depending on goals you can mix this up. I’m not training for a race, but general fitness so I will usually skip Specialty and go back to SSB after a build.
