How much is too much during a full rest (not recovery) week?

After 16 weeks of 600-900 TSS/week (these are big numbers for me relative to my 2020 volume) and ignoring my recovery weeks, I’ve self-diagnosed that I need a full rest week prior to kicking off the start of a new training plan.

It’s day one and I’m already looking for loopholes. I’m committed to not touching the bike (and no running, no weights), but is something like Yoga going to be counterproductive? I’d like to avoid going full-couch potato, but want to adhere to the spirit of a true rest week. What types of activities are compliant?

I realize this is a “your mileage may vary” type question, but was interested in hearing everyone’s perspectives. Thanks!
