How good is my climbing ability?

I started cycling 8months ago. I climbed few mountains in my home town and these were the result. I weight 55.6kg. Am I good climber?

Look at the segment leaderboard on Strava and see how you compare.

292w at 91bpm is very impressive.

Enter some hill climbing races for a true test against others,

Well you’re in the top 2% on the first one and the top 4% on the second one on Strava. So definitely not too bad.

Though if you’re doing 290W over 12km then you can definitely do like 320W or something over 4.5km. So you’d go even faster with some more pacing practice. Or just more time training VO2 power.

Were you trying as hard as Harry when you set your PBs?

That’s 8.8 W/kg for 3’09"

With a heart rate of 100 or lower while putting out >5w/kg I think you either need a new HRM, or are pretty fast on your ebike. :joy:

Yeah… what is going on with the heart rate?

Could be world class if the OP attacked the climbs.

Assume HR is wrong or…

The OP’s shows 3 people. Something is off.

Is bi better than ai

Just joking.

Without real information who knows.

lol not e-bike just using watch on handle bar so it think vibration is my heart rate.

The time is good but something is off on the w/kg.

5w/kg up that climb should get you a much faster time.
