I want to add a week into my plan but maintain the rest of the weeks, i.e. push the plan forward by a week. I used to do this all the time easily, as there was a “Push” command on each week. I searched this forum and everyone is referring to the same “Push” command that I’m no longer seeing on my TR software:

It automatically upgraded me a few days ago to the most recent version. Is this a bug, or maybe this command has been moved elsewhere?

They removed the push/pull week a few years ago. I think at the same time adaptive training was put in place. Now you can select a blank spot on the calendar and “add an annotation.” If you put in a block of time and select “time off” then it will move the plan forward.

Add Annotation? Ha, I don’t think I would’ve ever figured that one out. Thanks for the help!

@zo541 nailed it! The best way to push your entire plan is to use a Time Off annotation.

Here are a couple of TR Help Center articles that could be useful for anyone stumbling upon this thread:

- [Calendar Annotations](https://support.trainerroad.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404676155035-Calendar-Annotations)
- [Add and Edit Annotations](https://support.trainerroad.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016099051-Add-and-Edit-Annotations-)

Feel free to let me know if you need a hand with anything else!
