I use virtual power for my training and a PM outside. My two FTPs are very different (133 incide vs 205 outside), so I manually change it in my calendar so the zones and tss stay consistent.
I use train now and noticed that the workout selected today was probably based on a 180 tss ride the week before, although it was closer to 98. I only changed it manually a few minutes before.
Does TN take those outside rides into account ? (They probably obviously do) and how long does it take to calculate what the optimal next workout should be ? It offered a 0.5 bump in treshhold level eventhough I did no training last week besides that mostly Z2 ride. I went through with it but had to lower the intensity by 5%. And it was still very challenging
