Half IM : GB Build / sustained or HIM Plan

I’ve completed SSLV1 & 2 and now starting a build plan. I’m focusing on improving my bike/FTP with currently poor FTP/VO2 Max values.

I’m wondering about which plan i should take, as endurance is not my priority

What are your chosen events etc?

Easiest thing to do is plug all of your data into Plan Builder and see what it says!
