Good replacements for 3min VO2 intervals

Damn I was the only one that struggled 3min intervals at 115%… I thought everyone was doing 120-125%! Guess I don’t suck that much at V02max.

The most managable V02 session for me is 9x2.5min @ 117-120% which coincides with a hill local to me - may not be relevant if you do indoor workouts. I am a bit more motivated outdoors so I tend to only do v02 outdoors.
