General Build Mid Volume - What Next?

I am just about to finish my first training plan this weekend, my question is what plan would you recommend after completing GB Mid Volume?

This was my first structured plan and introduction to TR. FTP gone from 197 to 246, I am happy with the results, Non-competitive cyclist, just like to see progress in my training and ability.
