I’ve been using TR since late January and this week I’m starting the Build Phase. I have my plan set for an A race in July, for which I need a medical certificate, saying that I’m able to do cycling competitions.
The thing is that I want to do the medical test including gases, so I know my actual VO2max. But I know that these tests (I’ve never done one) are very demanding, and I don’t know when to do it, because it may be too much for a week? Maybe at the start of a resting week? What do you guys think?
