Hi everyone …love TR (best system and knowledge base out there) …although I have been sidelined last couple of years with injuries looking forward to starting the program. I’m curious, what is considered a respectable FTP per kg for a 60 year old male non racing recreational cyclist. I have raced tri’s for many years but never road racing …did some time trials and short mountain bike races but all of that was over 15 years ago. Currently I am 126lbs/57.1 kg. Thanks…again great program in many ways!

Some info to review:

> Moar data!!! It seems like people want to see what’s “TR Average” and compare themselves to that. I’ve broken everything down a lot more. While I was doing this I wonder if we’re breaking new ground here…I don’t think anyone else has this much accurate data on riders. Insights: You get slower as you get older (duh). You can see that there’s a steep decline starting at 3.5-3.75 FTP/kg for men and women when you compare age in 10-year buckets. For both men and women, there’s a large drop off…

Another option is the one available through [Intervals.icu](https://intervals.icu/power), that takes your data and compares it to their compiled info with respect to age groups.
