I am doing my first Olympic distance aquabike since before covid. I have been using TR since March and I feel very confident that i followed my training plan. I also rode the course from the bestbikesplit.com website multiple times. I have a power plan of about 90% ftp and I have practiced my hydration. I guess i am just nervous about the first race back but I am also super excited to test myself.
Anyone else racing for the first time since covid this weekend?
