I am writing to seek advice on my current training intensity.
Recently, I feel that my AI Detection FTP is set too low, and consequently, the Progression Levels (PL) of the suggested workouts are also too low.
Specifically, during VO2Max sessions, the intensity is not high enough to reach my Threshold Heart Rate even once. As a result, the workouts do not feel like they are providing the intended physiological stimulus.
Could you please look into my account and suggest how I can recalibrate the AI to better reflect my actual capabilities?
This is so easily fixed. Do them in Resistance mode and go harder. You’ll get credit for the extra work, and that’ll let the AI know you can do more than it prescribed.
Based on your last two Sweet Spot workouts, I’d say that your FTP is set pretty well…
I looked at the backend, and it appears we’re already predicting a slight bump, so keep up the good work, and you should see that realized in a coupleof weeks!
