As the topic states, I think it would be helpful to be able to note what portion of the ride felt “Moderate, Hard, Very Hard, etc” within reason.

I just finished a Threshold Over/Under interval ride with 4x9 minute intervals. Dana. The first 2 1/2 were what I would rate as “Moderate” while it didn’t start to get “Hard” until the last 1.5 if this makes any sense.

I understand this may be slightly confusing because of course interval rides will feel the worst at the end of a workout than the beginning (in most cases) but I was genuinely torn between rating my workout between moderate and hard, or “ **Moderate/Hard** ” at the end. However, the AI predictor stated it should have been a “ **Hard/Very Hard** ” workout based on it’s percentages.

It was not “Hard/Very Hard.” See image attached.

This last workout could have been a little more difficult and I would have still rated it as “Hard” (or a “5-6” on a scale of 1-10, but not “Moderate/Hard.”

That’s my feature request: _A way to note exactly when the tides turned in a workout and the intensity truly ramped._ This information may help TR develop even more effective workouts in the future.

I like that idea. Also be nice to be a bit more granular on the Easy to Max effort. Lot of rides are between the definitive lines. For example, a ride is somewhere between Moderate and Hard. If it were numbers and moderate was a 2 and hard a 3 it would be 2.5.
