Favorite Single Workout

Irregardless of your goals and types of races you train for, what would you guys and girls say would be the one type of workout you would do to be the strongest cyclist you could be? This is if you just did that one structured workout time and time again.

For me I would say 5min Vo2 efforts around 112-114%. I feel like they help me maintain some steady state power and some short hard power efforts.
